Would like to meet and brain pick some locals for 2012 hunt.
I'll be up there the 17th of Dec. for Christmas with Mom and sister who live in Oakley along with a niece and nephew.
I plan on scouting the area while I'm there also. If you're open to helping out a 60 year old I'd appreciate it.

There are tons of deer in there. It all depends on the snow though. You might need to find some private ground down low if the snow is deep. Last year I went up and there was waist deep powder on the hill. I am going to try it again this year though.

Thanks for the reply Idahoguy and good luck on this years hunt.
I was hoping to hunt it this year but it didn't work out. Working with my nephew on some private land but always looking for a few plan B's.
I will be doing some scouting while I'm up there.
