4 Wheelers in Wyoming

Headed to a deer hunt in Wyoming in a week or so, and I thought I heard from someone that there is a requirement by the state of Wyoming if we are bringing 4 wheelers into the state to hunt this year.. Any help or references/phone numbers would be great. Thanks for the help, KattSkatt

Probably needs an atv license.
Travel map is a good idea if you don't have one yet.
They limit travel by type of travel (walk, horse, 2 wheels, 4 wheels, wheel base, etc) area, and date.

You will need an ATV tag for each ATV, you can buy them at most Wally World stores. DON'T MAKE new trails or get off the established ones, big fines if caught. Good luck on your hunt.

I have a land use map and I have heard from everyone that you need to be careful to be legal. We always err on the side of walking instead of riding on the wrong side of the law.

$15 and they run from Jan 1 to Dec 31

Wal Mart in Evanston does not sell them. But the Jubalie does. I got mine at an ATV dealership, in Lander.

They sell them in the north store in Casper and not at the southern store there in town.
