314 - Rock Creek elk

I hunted 314 up the Rock Creek road a few years back. Had a blast for a few days. I'm thinking of that for my backup archery plan if I don't draw the Breaks archery tag. I was wondering- can I drag a 30' camper up that road to the trailhead? If I remember right it was a pretty decent road in, just can't remember too clear. Also looks like they knocked down some timber along the way since I was there. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated - muley bucks? wolf pressure? anybody been toolin around up that way recently?

Thanks,

Well, I didn't draw the Breaks archery tag, so any info on this would help...
