Word on the street, from a reliable source is a proposed 30th unit, outside of Utah where only the very richest of Utah hunters and/or possibly even Board members would be allowed to hunt once the deer numbers expand. This secret population has been unknowningly funded by all of us through tax dollars and license sales without our knowledge and backed by the SFW.
