26, 29, 30 or 31 Speedgoat????

Like I've posted before, looking for a guarenteed draw with public land. Narrowed it down to these units.

Am I being greedy or should I put a harder choice in first to get the point???

I do not know about the other units,but 26 has very little public land.Why not put in for 47 type 2 ,not bad drawing odds and lots of public land.
I have drew 3 out of 4 times.

If you really want a point put in for a really hard to draw unit first and one of the others as second. Honestly I wish I had taken my time and done that but I wanted to take a group out again this years and for the party thing to work all apps. have to be the same so I just did the 29 first choice. Check your messages though as I had a thought on 30 or I'll work with you on 29 if you go that way in the end. Put in for the point and a hard draw though if you want an excellent unit some time down the road. I know I want to hit 62 sooner or later so I have to change the way I do things after I get these new folks here at home "broke in" on going west. Oh as far as 26 I only know of about 5 blocks of federal land in the unit or I would switch sides of the road and hunt over there.
