Drew 25/26 second rifle as a second choice. What everyone’s opinions on the units?

It’s better than sitting home. Will be really tough to find a decent buck

D-M-025-O2-R tags were increased from 570 last year to 855 this year. Almost an additional 300 buck tags in those units this year. Id suggest head to toe orange. Ive been picking deer sheds in those units for a long time. This year didnt look good. Its a forky hunt at this point.

There are good genetics in that area if you can find something over 2.5 years old.

From the research I’ve done and what I’ve been hearing finding something like that is a very tall order

Years ago I might of killed a good buck or three out of there…wont touch it anymore. Watched it absolutely fall apart starting in about 2019.
