Big game regulations (season dates and license quotas) are usually approved at the April Commission meeting. The proofs for the regulations pamphlets are taken to the printer after that meeting. They end up being available about mid to late May.

I believe the OP is asking about when the information for the 2015 elk season will be online to show tentative season dates, etc. so a person can prepare for the January application period. If that is the question, it should be out in the next week or so if they follow previous years dates.
