2011 Shed Success

Ive had just a little success this season.23 deer and 2 elk. Nothing great and I really struggled to find any fresh browns but thought I'd share some pics anyway.

Pretty unique 2-point with a huge gnarly base

Weird point with a little cup on the end

About a 160 ish set with nice tines. I want to try and restore them.

UPDATE*****

What a difference a day makes! I went out today and the season total went from 25 to 38. I found 7 elk and 6 deer it was an AWESOME day as i found my largest deer antler of 2011 and 13 total is my best day ever.

Best shed of the season. I came up with 75" on it. 170ish buck.

Hey looks like you found the right spot to shed hunt. Congrats on the great day shed hunting sure beats work. Colorado defiantly isn't what it used to be for deer but elk are doing good, thanks for the pic, Coyote
