We found this buck the first day in an open flat and he was definately wild. About a week into the hunt we saw him about 100 yds off of the road and tried to decoy him in. He got within 30 yards of us then winded us and bolted. I watched he and his does go up over the hill into some trees. We let them calm down for a couple of hours and then went to see if we could glass them up. On the way over my friend spotted a doe about 100yds off of the road again. I crawled to the top of a small knob and spotted the buck at 55yds. Somehow I missed badly, but as he was gathering his does he gave me one more shot and it was over. Very fun hunt with a lot of action.
