2010 deadline

I'm an out of state hunter who needs some info.here are all of my Questions.How much,when is the deadline,and when is the draw?Thanks for any help.Oh ya the hunt I want is archery elk.

Elk combo alone is $593

Elk/Deer combo is $643

The deadline to apply is March 15th. As for when the drawing is held, I am not certain. Also, if I recall correctly, if you wish to hunt certain districts for archery elk you must first draw the license and then apply for the permit for that district.
