2010 Beaver Mountain Goat tag

As luck would have it I finally drew the first season Beaver mountain goat tag. The season dates are Sept. 11- Sept 26th. What kind of cape conditions am I going to expect. Will I be disappointed with a short summer coat? Or will I be able to find some billies with decent coats? Any help would be great.

I don't know about the Beaver, but my friend shot a Uintah goat last year on the opening day that looked like a big furball.
