2008 Sheep tag / hunt raffles

In order to try to keep all of us raffle maniacs up to speed on what's available, I compiled as complete a list as I could and put it in one place. Hope it's helpful. Please let me know if there are other raffles that I missed (and I am aware of the Utah raffles, I just decided I'd go back and add those later when I've got more time).

It is illegal to have Raffles in Utah.

So ya really did not forget to add anything from Utah.
