Bowtech's website has been updated with there new line of bows. Looks like they've hit the nail on the head this time. Shows what listening to the guys that buy their bows does for a company. Looks like the wife might have to get herself that new equalizer. Perfect for her short arms.

Boy Bowtech has some really nice stuff out this year! What a nice lineup something for everyone.

I believe all the bows come in left handed models. I know sportsmans warehouse in Silverdale carries bowtech. Craig at Fletchsetters in Rainier told me that there was a bowtech dealer down the street from him. Olympia?? Should be a dealer close to you. I haven't been to one though. So I can't verify.

Before you buy a Bowtech.....make sure you shoot a MATTHEWS!!! :)
Sorry, I had to say it. :)

I live in (the outskirts) Rainier and havent heard of Fletchsetters. Could you give me some more info about them? Olympic Archery in Oly carries Bowtech. I just got tired of being ignored every time I went in to check out a new bow or have work done on mine. I like The Archery House in Chehalis, but I dont get down that way very often. I have a buddy (if I can figure out how to get a hold of him) that travels down the the Bowtech plant in Oregon and buys his bows. They will let you shoot anything, with just about any combo. I will have to go with him to try out a bunch of different bows to see what I like. This guy was on the Mathews shooting team for years and switched to Bowtech.

You are right. You should shoot a Matthews before buying a Bowtech. That way you will be even more appriecative of the superior workmanship of Bowtech. :)

Buuuaahhhhhaahahhah....... I have shot a Matthews and like them as well. I have been shooting a High Country Brute Force for 5-6 years and have great luck with it, even out to 100 yds. I am getting the bug to try something new and improved. I just dont see any major improvements in the High Country bows. I will keep it for a back-up, but would like something faster.

When I made my decision on a bow I shot the Mathews Switchback and then shot the Hoyt Turbo Tech. Phenominal bows both of them. But the Switchback is just a little too loud and the vibration is much less on the hoyt in my opinion.

From Rainier take right on Koeppen Rd to Horizon pioneer. Right on HP. Then go left on thistledown ln. He's on the right not to far down thistledown. I'm pretty sure he's still there. I haven't been in there since august. Craig is a pretty nice guy. He'll treat you right. His bow prices weren't too bad either. He carries mathews, hoyt and martin. Well he used to anyways. It's his second job so I think he's open from like 5 to 9 pm during the week.

Wow, I have a friend that I use to work with at the Brewery who lives at the end of H.P. I will try and get there tomorrow.
Thanks!

Interesting how different people like different bows:
I went to 2 local shops and shot:
-Bowtech
-PSE
-Mathews swithback
-Ross (interesting huh)
-AR
Really did like them all, but bought the AR. I really believe that all top end bows are about the same. All limbs look identical, all risers look the same...The AR just felt the best to me.

Different strokes for different folks.

I was actually watching a hunting show this morning and the hunter's bow (Mathews) blew up right in his hands. Not trying to create another bow challenge or comparison but it just goes to show no matter how expensive or how highly things are looked at, nothing's perfect!(except my Bowtech)hehe!Btpatriot
