I haven't heard anything about the elk. Do you have any info on it? Where is this hunter from? I'm curious as to what this auction tag went for.

Allan Hamberlin is from Tempe, Arizona The story about this Ram is in the latest issue of Eastman's Hunting Journal in the Sheep Section. In fact , the same photo.

Awesome ram. I imagine if he's got that kind of money he will have the rest of his "SLAM" mounted along with it on a big base.
Atleast that's what I'd do.
