Left the Book Cliffs near the RoadLess Entrance Late yesterday Afternoon!

Dust is Starting to Build!

Midway to the Seep Ridge Road/New Pavement an Old Bastage in a Newer Chevy/GMC with an ATV Rack on his Bed was driving like a Bat out of Hell & Damn near hit me,for an Older Guy He was going Perty Good,Fishtailing the corners!

I Thought that was Close,Oh No!

Back up to Speed & taking a Hard Right & winding down & around 2 JOKERS on ATV's were Trying their Hand at Side by Side Riding(So they wouldn't Eat each others Dust?) & going way Faster than they shoulda been found out their F'N Skills were not so neat!

The Wheeler heading directly at me swerved Right(Initially & Simultaneous!) but then realized He couldn't make it & Swerved Hard Left Skiiding past me on my Right,Ya that's Right,One on my Left & one on my Right,GEEZUS!

I'm tellin you I was Almost Touching Wheelers on both sides!

They did have their Cheap little Respirators on though!

GEE! Bess, you had your chance to tune up two ATVs at the same time and you chicken out and slid by taking the middle of the road. What a wasted chance at getting 10 points with a double. You need to get a 3 inch heavy duty pipe push bumper on that diesel smoker and start tuning them up.

Hey Bbop,

When I was young and dumb I went tearing up a dirt road one evening. I come to a steep, sharp left hand curve and even though I couldn't see ahead I cut the corner in the wrong lane.

At the exact same time a loaded logging truck was coming down the hill going like a mad man. He was way over in my lane so he could make the turn. We passed each other like nothing happened.

If either one of us had been on the correct side of the road I wouldn't be typing this. You don't stop a loaded logging truck going down a steep grade.

The only thing that saved my life is that we were both a-holes!

when I was a kid, me and two friends were racing our wheelers down the logging road. The one in front all of sudden peeled off into the ditch and hit an anthill, well he went flying. the 2nd one just got to the edge in time. I was lucky only had to slow down. A logging truck was doing his own race but like you said he wasn't slowing down for us :/
