LAST EDITED ON Mar-30-10 AT 03:28PM (MST)[p]I have been going crazy not being able to go out looking for antlers(we cant go out intil May 1st)So I decided to drive 500 miles to a new area that I have never been to. I did pretty good for not knowing were to hunt in Utah. My dog found her 1st antler on her own at only 5 months old, she came out of the brush with it 40 yards to my left(1st pic). These are the pics of the better ones, I found 22 total in two days.

I agree, welcome to Utah. After all it is mostly our fault you guys had a closure. :) Ha ha Just kidding.

Yes great work... great finds. did you just drive somewhere and park or did you map things out before you made the trip. either way ya gotta be happy with your finds. Thanks for sharing.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-30-10 AT 09:12PM (MST)[p]Highcountry I did plan it in advance. My wife is from Utah so I had a Idea on were to go. Her family used to go to this area and camp alot and they would find alot of antlers. I only found 2 the 1st day. The second day I went to a differant spot and half way through the day I got into the antlers and found 20. I honestly dont think it had been hunted in at least 3 years. I found white ones out in the open all over. I am going back there soon and I am going to spend 4 days looking around. Thanks guys for the comments about my pup she is hell of a little antler hunter.
