Ya know what, leave the damn kids alone if you're going to sell someone!!

Curious though, if a fella were to say take his ex wife on an out of country "vacation" or a hunt (since we're on mm) and sell her, and get VERY drunk, along the way...would that be a felony?? ;-) hmmm
...Ociffer she got me drunk, gave me a bunch of money, I don't member what else happened, I blacked out...
