I had to re-size and that made the SS a little hard to see. As a few drop out I will not need to reduce the size as much and the clarity issue will get better.

A lot of guys got off to a real good start. Those loosing 4% of their body weight or more are:

prn: lost 9 #'s and 4.25%

zukman: lost 16 #'s and 6.226%

BeanMan: lost 8 #'s and 4.02%

BroadSide_shot: lost 13 #'s and 5.1%

EROCK313: lost 9 #'s and 4.23%

Ghostinwoods: lost 11 #'s and 4.53%

Legacy: lost 8 #'s and 4.35%

Nice work guys. A lot of 3% or better losses. Initially I was jotting down 3% or better and it got to be too many names to mention. Good job to those fellas as well.

Looks like zukman is the big wiener for this weigh in. He is off to a fabulous start with highest weight and percentage lost. Good job zukman ? whatcha been doing?

Some guys have gotten off to a slow start (myself included) with little or no loss. Not a problem - long ways to go until September and for some the gains don't show until you are several weeks into your training. For me I just need to get over a little initial soreness and buckle down on the cardio.

As a team we lost 295 #'s and 1.249% of our body weight.

Next weigh-in is February 1st. Stay ahead of the curve and dont let it sneak up on ya. Stick with it, re-focus and good luck.

Previous post is a bit larger. Check for errors and PM them to me.

If you have an * by your name I did not get your 1/15 weight. If you want to stay in the contest simply make sure you get me a weight on 2/1.

If you have changed your mind and want out, no big deal just shoot me a pm and I will delete your name. It will be nice to have as many in as possible but I would rather have someone drop out than stay in and not get me their weight.

In the future I will simply update the current weight column and everything else is calculated.

Any other ideas to make this contest interesting? Maybe on 9/1 we recognize the 4 individuals with the largest percentage weight loss and those that have met their goals? Any other ideas?

Eel, do you have to post internet porn for the chubby's on the site. You should not be so mean.

First off I have alot of motivation, my little bro is 3X4 and I have to do better than him. But it is easy for me to loose weight, I haven't done much but worked on shrinking my stomach by eating smaller portions and I went from about 3400 calories a day down to about 1300. I also get Kidney Stones so I try to keep hydrated and drink a 1.5 gallons of poweraid zero every day, so that helps with hunger. I want to drop another 15 - 20 pounds before I really start working out alot.

Good job to everyone.

204 and holding. The last 12 pounds is going to be tough. If anyone is looking for workout ideas, look at the "Year of the Sheep" post by Martinc over in the Sheep forum. He as been listing the Crossfit workouts he's doing to get ready for his sheep hunt next fall. Or go to crossfit.com and just do the work out of the day (WOD).

Thanks again for taking the time to calculate all our weights and totals.
So far this thread has helped me keep the fork out of my mouth, when I get the hunger pangs I remember I need to weigh in and I just drink a big glass of water.
