Mike, we spent time around Grasmere a couple of weeks ago and didn't see anything to speak of. I wish I had better news, I think we're going to head west of the res this weekend.

Elkboy-, if you wouldn't mind I'd love a PM as well. I've got a 5-year-old WPG who's been limping on his front leg for the last 2 to 3 weeks after a hard run/hike. My normal vet can't find anything with x-rays etc. very similar to BPK's situation.

Was on the border of 40/42 today in areas we've always found deer and saw very few (3) deer, no bucks....saw more elk than deer, hopefully the next couple days brings in the lower temps and precipitation....

Grew up in Southwest Boise, it has changed so much in in the last 10-15 years. Currently live in Meridian, wife and I are looking to get out of Ada county within the next couple years. Good hunting and fishing aren't too far, but Boise is becoming just like every other big city.
