That's just the simple odds too. If you looked at just ram tags I'd bet the odds favor high point holders more. The low point holders put in disproportionately for ewe and easier draw ram tags.

It has only taken 5 resident PP for one year so its going from 65/35 to 75/25 as it's not "high demand".

Are you a resident or non resident? If you're an NR I bet you don't draw, especially with the switch to 75/25.

FYI - most of the sheep in S39 are dead. According to CPW there are only 12 sheep left. I've asked the biologist and they are keeping close tabs on it but they don't know what's going on. They said there are mature rams available to hunt but I wouldn't want to be chasing only 1-2 rams even...

Umm.... S-39 was 1 tag for 6 eligible apps. Do you now how to read these? S-32 had 1 eligible youth so it was 5 tags for 39 apps.

Let's just make 1st season elk and deer 10/1-15 and 2nd season combined 10/16-31 and that's the end except late cow hunts. Also take archery back to the last sat in August opener.

I would take 1st season deer tags as long as we got rid of 3rd and 4th season deer tags.
