Looks like the southern 1/2 of the state is really getting some weather. Might be just the ticket to kick things off for the archery hunt. Headed to 32 next week!! Any new updates? The wait is killing me!

Drew a 3rd season deer tag for this area, and I'm looking for some general info. I live close, and have spent time there in the summer, but have never hunted it. Going to be doing alot of scouting, but really wondering about patterns, hunting pressure, rut, etc. Any pointers would be great...

Might try the Nogal canyon area. I have seen some pretty decent bucks in there, but its been 5 or 6 years ago.
