Anaheim and Jalapeño Peppers. Onions, Pork, Diced Tomatoes, Garlic Cloves, Cumin, Cayenne, Salt.
I am saving my Hatch for a few other dishes. I added a little Tobasco Sauce and the heat is just right. Our home grown Jalapeños didn't have any kick at all and Anaheims were weak too.Need those hatch or Pueblo chili’s!
Soup and Chilis both can be phenomenal. Some of the best soup I made was a Ribeye soup that had veggies and macaroni. I had Bison Chili 2 nights ago at a restaurant and it was pretty good.I make a decent chili, but have some co workers that make magnificent green chili definitely a staple at work
I like that idea especially as it cools off, I feel like I might have a mutiny if I suggested throwing ribeye into soup haha but it sounds delicious. How are you cooking it?Soup and Chilis both can be phenomenal. Some of the best soup I made was a Ribeye soup that had veggies and macaroni.
