I made these Brats and Mrs made the Sauerkraut from our garden Cabbage. I bought the good Sausage Buns this time. The Brats from Pork Shoulder and a Mix I ordered online. I have a commercial meat grinder and a 7 lb Sausage Press which is the way to go, as Grinders don't work as good for filling the casings. Cooked in the Traeger Grill at 290° so the casings don't split.
