Hi all. Brand new to the site.
I drew a fourth-season either-sex goat tag for Colorado G10. I would love to connect with other tag holders for the same time and unit. I thought I would post on here and see if any members drew it and would like to collaborate regarding safety and helping each other out in a pickle.

I appreciate you taking the time to take the call and being so helpful!
Thank you for telling me about this site as well. I like it so far.

I have the 3rd season hunt in G10. Plan to be there October 4-11th.

Good luck to ya. Sadly I haven't scouted. Plan to drive out Thursday and scout Friday, Saturday and Sunday, leaving bow and rifle in the car those days. Monday will be bow only and then we'll see.

Any 3rd season hunters, love to connect. cornstalker - if you are scouting during that time let me know.

I wish you well on your hunt! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

My wife and daughter have antelope tags during the timeframe of your hunt. If they tag out early I will be up scouting.

My friend a G10 4th season nanny tag. He certainly isn't taking this serious as he simple wants a long haired nanny to make a rug. Hope to be in and out in 1 day.

Very doable in there. Colorado goats for the most part are very accessible compared to other places and I bet the majority of goats are killed in a day or two. They’re not very “switched on” The Southern end of G10 has lots of parking lot Nannie’s and you can find them all the way up that drainage. West side the same, as well as very north.

Had a great 3rd season hunt. weather was warm - wind was tolerable. Saw goats every day. Took the time to climb Quandary (no goats seen on Quandary, but in McCulough). Had Billies in bow range on Sunday - Can't hunt that day!. After Monday I gave up on bow because only had Billies in bow range that one time in 4 days. Tuesday spotted a billie first light. Couple hours to hike up to him and Boom.

Such a beautiful animal in amazing mountains. I really enjoyed the hunt. Billie was 5 years old and 8 5/8". Pretty sure he was the biggest I saw.
