Started making Logan Bread years ago for backpacking and camping. To me it’s a lot better and healthier than store bought energy bars. Also enjoy having a bar in the morning with a cup of coffee. High in calories, dense, and sort of dry. Great shelf life. I cut them up in 2”x2” plus squares and vacuum seal then freeze.
