BC Timber Wolf

Went to BC for a goat hunt, but my outfitter also includes a wolf as part of the package

Never expected to even see one but this one was surreal, as what was apparently an alpha male appeared on the horizon and then ordered his pack of four additional wolves to attack us. He was obviously the biggest of the pack, so I ended up shooting him at about 230 yards as the rest of the pack was bearing down on us. We weren't making any calls or anything. Then the one that we thought was the alpha female kept showing up and howling at us over he next three days as if she appeared to be following us. Seems that this pack of wolves were totally clueless about humans.

I did not get a goat, as we had to battle bad weather for the remainder of this hunt. I think the wolf is a pretty cool consolation though.
