If The 22 MAG Could Talk!:D

We Hunted Coons For Several Years Using The Ole Spotlight!

I Think The More We Shot The More They Populated!

We Took 6 RED Coons During Our Coon Hunting Years!

Seen A Few Bucks I'd Of Liked To Have Shot!

If You Guys Had Seen The Rabbits In This Country From About 1978 Thru 1983,JUDAS That Was Something!

Back Then 22 Ammo Was For Sale Everywhere For 8.00-9.00 A Brick!

We Burnt The Barrels Out Of Several RUGER 10-22's!

50 Round Drum Magazines & Several Of Them!

We Were In High School & Our FFA Class Members Had Jack Rabbit Hunting Contests!

I Think They Were Bad In Idaho About The Same Time!

They Started Clubbing Rabbits & Doing Jack Rabbit Round-Ups!

We Never Got Involved With Them!

Bunnie ball in Malta back then

I remember in 1977 a group of us headed to Maybell Colorado because of an out of control rabbit population. We all had a brick of 22 ammo. I have never seen anything like it , thousands of rabbits running every where, you could not reload fast enough.

I’ve never seen a red raccoon, that would be pretty cool. I walked up on an albino raccoon once in the dark while I was bow hunting. It’s the only one I have ever seen.

I remember those days around Marvell. Giant jackrabbits everywhere. A guy could go through a brick of ammo no problem.

I remember those days in the SLV in southern CO. Farmers would have rabbit drives once a month or so.
