No, we did about 1 hour of trolling for salmon, they were not in. Trolling is our least favorite way of fishing. I prefer mooching with cut herring (Google it).

We fished with 12-16 ounce jigs for the lingcod and halibut. Also used stingers and hoochies for rockfish and Pacific cod. I did catch a 50 lb halibut on a stinger too, on a light jigging rod, pretty good fight. Used circle hooks and herring as well.
