But seriously, if you do eat bear make sure you almost burn it. trich is only the beginning of what it can have in it.
So far I have eaten the hamburger and the chicharones from rendering the fat. I have the back straps yet to eat and am researching best ways to cook it. But it has to get to at least 165 degrees.Well done! How did you cook the meat?
