There's northern and southern (and Texas), but there's no such thing as bad chili!!!

That's what I say. But fir Chili Dogs I do prefer no beans. Still great though. I had enough cheese on salad today so I didn't top it.

I've had chili all over the world, and most do not have beans. Seems much more popular here in the US. Cincinnati chili and spaghetti would seem strange with beans!!

Now you got me again. Never heard of beans in spaghetti. If chilly doesn’t have beans then what does it have in it.

Beans in spaghetti? No way.... Ain't no way any Buckeye chilli will hold a candle stick to cyclone chilli. Just sayn'.

My problem with Cincinnati chili is putting cinnamon and nutmeg in it. The flavor is just too off for me, from regular chili with lots of cumin and peppers.

Good Chile imo requires beans/ fresh real red chile/onions/ cayane/hamburger/ tomatoes and garlic salt. The key is great pinto beans . I crock pot my beans with garlic powder/ onion powder/dash of Tabasco, don't add any salt until they are almost done.
