So has anyone been up to the fence to see if the trail is closed through tribal ground. And if so what type of sign is there.

can you cut across country below the gate or is that pretty rough? I'd like to get in that end of it but I have never been there before so i dont know what it all looks like other than topo maps

That sucks. Hopefully they get over being butt hurt, and reopen it. They can’t be camping on that gate 24/7 so maybe just haul azz through,.its not that far.

Possible, I thought of doing this when I helped a friend with his hunt, but it takes gaining and losing elevation and with a heavy pack, I didn't think I could do it.

i figured everyone would be coming in from the other end.. looks like itd be hard on the map so probably harder in reality
