Border Czar and San Francisco shooting

It will be interesting as the facts of this shooting are verified.

FAR Left Liberal politicians from Kalifornia should not be in the White House.

A 17-year-old Norteno gang member from Tracy, CA was caught with a gun just three days ago and subsequently released, has now shot 49ers' player Ricky Pearsall. Despite his recent arrest, authorities released him, leading to this tragic incident involving the professional athlete.

I remember years ago where CA. had a law that if you used a firearm to commit a crime, you got 5 more years in prison tacked on to your sentence for the original crime. No parole or probation could be granted for the 5 year sentence.
Then our liberal county D.A.'s would plea bargain that 5 years away to not have to go to trial in court. Then they finally dropped the enhancement 5 year prison law. People wonder why violent crime is so rampant today.

The entire system is either completely lacking in common sense or intentionally creating the chaos that follows from releasing these criminals back to the streets.
For the life of me, I can’t make sense of it. If I was to shoot someone in self defense, I can assure you I would potentially get a stiffer prison sentence than most of these idiots with a criminal background involving gun crimes.

My advice on you guys living in areas controlled by liberal officials, especially a liberal D.A. is this. If you have to shoot a suspect to save your life or the life of a member of your family is to remember this.
When first officer arrives on scene tell him you shot the suspect because you were in fear of your life or serious injury. Do not play Macho man, YOU WERE IN FEAR OF DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY!!
After that statement, it might be wise to ask for your attorney to be present before any further questions are answered.

When I first heard about this shooting I wondered if it was an illegal immigrant.

They said Rickey Pearsall was wearing a Rolex watch. He needs to arm himself if he's going to do that in California.

Yeah he was also walking around downtown SF at 3:30PM.

He should know better.

Another story concerning that $hit hole San Francisco. During the late 80's one of our Reserve deputies visited S,F. on a weekend trip.
While walking around the city two S.F. cops noticed the slight bulge under his shirt. They confronted him and he admitted he had a concealed pistol under his shirt. He then produced his reserve deputy I.D. and his concealed weapons permit.

They told him that the city had a policy of not allowing anyone to carry a concealed weapon out in public and requested he surrender his firearm and he could pick it up when he left S.F. to return home.

He told them he would not consent to surrender his firearm and they would have to seize it in violation of his 4th. amendment rights and he would see them in court when he sued them and the city for violation of his rights. He also told them if they seized the firearm, he would not offer any resistance and would handle the matter in court.

The two cops went one way and our reserve deputy went the other way with his concealed firearm still attached to his right hip.

I have lived a two hour drive from San Francisco for over 55 years and it has been over 40 years since I last visited that $hit hole called San Francisco.
We are still hoping it will drop off into the Pacific Ocean.
