Hello been following various forums for years just never made an account. Looks like this place has great general info from like minded individuals. I reside in Az and spend time hunting Deer, Elk, Turkey, Stink pigs, Coyotes, Dove and Quail. Looking forward to my 14 yo Late season Elk hunt this year. Good luck to everyone going out for Dove tomorrow morning.

Welcome. Lot of crusty guys here, but also a ton of good down to earth guys as well with lifetimes worth of information and knowledge. Weed throw the BS and you'll get through!
 
Probably Homer, but let's not jump to conclusions. MM faithful have helped me often and in turn I help folks who don't have the time or resources to spend months learning a unit with boots on the ground. Don't be a crusty guy. Lol.
 
Drew a tag needed info but am not the FNG:that asks where to go. i have hunted the unit before. Have been scouting with onx and google earth and am planning at least 2 scouting trips before the trip. My intent is to see gear reviews and general principles discussed. please take it as such. On my way out the door for the dove opener. Also when people have AZ question i will try to positively contribute. Also find appealing this site has a 2a market.
Oh and no one has answered the one question I did ask. Is there an app for this for iphone/ipad.
 
Welcome , I don’t know if there is an app , I can barely get on the IPad . You’ve come to a good place if you like hunting. We don’t put up with poachers,trolls, liers or politicians. Homer is a late season Elk specialist by the way.

@Homer My son drew his late rifle tag in our home state which I have pretty dialed in and I am doing an OTC late rifle in a different western state. I would assume the advice people like to give is overall strategy not specifics. I plan on focusing on sanctuary's, and north facing slopes between 1-3 mile from our base camp. Also focusing on Winter ranges and preparing for medium to high altitude and have gear for the worst. What advice would you give yourself 10-15 years ago in regards to late season hunting? Thanks in advance.

That's an interesting question.....I do have MM stored on my phone that shows up on the desktop just like any other app.......Does that make it an APP??....I have no idea

Welcome to MM! I am not aware of an app for the site, at least as far as Android/Google devices are concerned.

The site renders decently in Google Chrome on my cell phone. You may run into a formatting issue in certain posts, but otherwise it's pretty good.
 
I dont even have MM on my computer, i just went to the google play store when i first signed up... been using it on my phone (app) since i started.

I have an app icon on my home screen on my phone, but can't find it in the app store, so I'm actually not sure how I got it on my phone lol.
 
For iPhone use Safari then do this:
