Man that looks good! I haven’t had any duck in almost 20 years.
loved cooking mine over charcoal.

Duck looks like it was cooked by walking it through a warm room.

Ended up being mostly a squirrel hunt for me this weekend along with some dusky and ruffed grouse. Saw a couple bunnies but no shots
