I made a batch of deer jerky. I marinated it in teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice and minced garlic for a couple of days. Then I spread it out on a cookie sheet sprinkled on seasoning salt, onion powder, and pepper. Then I smoked it in my little chief smoker with cherrywood. Going to eat some now and froze some for the hunts coming up.
