But you see it’s only a certain amount of affordable. Which means if the subdivision has 25 houses maybe 2-4 will be affordable. What will they deem affordable? And if the neighbor sells there place for 700 and you bought yours for 500 on affordable prices. Then add upgrades and want to sell yours for 700 how does it stay affordable.

And, what comes with selling of public lands will be putting in more wind and solar farm's on public land.

Yeah.

That's the new issue. There once was a party that opposed public development. If for no other reason than they hadn't found a way to profit off it. Now those days are gone

I'd rather hunt around windmills or oil rigs than get stopped at a gate with a "No Trespassing" sign.

I don't agree it's a dichotomy, but if it is, then I'll still take the public land.

When Cox wrote his letter to Trump about supporting him, he gave it to THE DON to deliver.

A bunch of folks bought into Cox moderate and soft spoken bullshit, but he's in tight with the same group of landgrabber that have always been in power, he just does the Fred Rogers routine better. There's not an mm of separation between Cox and Lyman on this.

Notice there was no mention of this in any of Cox campaign materials.

WE were asleep at the switch. After Bishop left, a lot of dudes thought this chit would cool down, NOPE
