Dumb question- bear H.O. Season dates

I vaguely remember someone, somewhere saying that Utah law prohibits a season opening a hunting season on a Sunday, which is why the dove opener this year is Monday September 2nd in Utah, where everyone else who likes to have fun can shoot them on the 1st. Anyway, it says this year most of the fall OTC H.O. bear hunts open on September 1st, which is a Sunday. Anyone know if this is the case? And if I I had a tag that says it opens the 1st, but another state laws says it can’t open until the next day on the 2nd, am I going to jail for shooting a bear on the 1st?

In my opinion if the permit that allows the take of game states one date, it should supersede the state statute.

Nobody should be fined or go to jail for ever killing one of those big garbage and fawn eating Raccoon lookalikes.
