This particular forum is significantly one sided. Most everybody posts to get affirmation from others that are like minded and get pissed when someone sees it differently. I think I’ve heard the term echo-chamber used before.

I’m totally OK with catching hate for posting challenges. There is some legit debate, and then there’s also stupid s***, like what Treed posted on the Musk thread. That’s just straight-up dumb.

Everyone gets to make up their own mind, and I respect that. I know damn well I’m not changing your mind. I’m sure you know you’re not changing mine.

This country will survive either person winning. Both will enact changes that may or may not last. About half the country will be pissed off in November, same thing happens every 4 years……I’m just hoping we don’t see another insurrection this time.

What pisses me off more than anything else is the one-sided tilt of both the DOJ and media. There is absolutely no arguing that both entities have done all they can to prosecute/persecute Trump while hiding everything they can with Biden/Harris. The mental unfitness of Biden was the absolute cherry on top to prove it.

I’m tired of it and while I don’t believe Trump is some savior I will vote for him because the establishment hates him. There’s no proof greater in my mind they want to bury him than what they’ve done in the past 8 years…he’s a threat to the lies, corruption, and gravy train they are on. Whatever nonsense people believe Trump has done or will do, I guarantee others have done way worse. Looking back on Trumps presidency what was the most egregious? Was it anything rivaling Benghazi? Was it close to using a drone to kill Americans without due process? Was it close to fast and furious? Bleach bit a private server? Dipping a cigar in your intern? Grifting Ukraine, Russia, and China? So why do they want Trump out so bad? No wars and a good economy sound good to me.

I doubt it will ever happen but we need a serious clean out of our bloated govt and I’m not sure if Trump is that person but I damn well know it isn’t Harris/Obama. A vote for Harris is certainly just another term for Obama to keep running the country into the ground.

You may see things different but the curtain has been pulled back farther than it ever has and more people than ever are starting to see how things are really run/manipulated and that is scaring a lot of people. Our country needs a thorough scrubbing.
