Namibia 2024 group hunt story

I find group hunts with new or old friends to add to and makes the hunting trip. Unlike Facebook group hero's or u tube hero's when I plan a group hunt I share the discount a group can get not take them to pay my way. It was a group of 4 with lee a friend who has gone 3 times with me. Justin going on his 2nd trip but first with me who I meet on an african hunting site 8 years ago. Last was oscar first time africa hunter who joined us from this very site. He will tell his own story about the trip. 3 of us bow hunted as much as we could with oscar doing rifle only. The hunted ended with 4 kudu 2 gun 2 bow 3 eland 2 rifle 1 bow. 3 red hartebeest 2 bow 1 rifle 2 blue wildebeest 1 bow 1 rifle 3 trophy springbuck 1 cull 2 bow 2 rifle. 1 mtn zebra rifle 2 birchel zebra both rifle 1 water buck bow 1 warthog rifle 1 steenbuck rifle 1 black wildebeest bow 2 orys both rifle. Many other animals were passed on and a few nisses along the way. Overall, I think the hunt was a great success I will post pictures as I go through them so all can see what namibia has to offer.

Thanks for posting! Maybe a dumb question but in some of your pictures you wearing long sleeves? What was the weather like, cold mornings?

yes cold mornings and when the sun goes down it gets a chill to the air. most days start out 40 to 45 degrees and could get up to 80 to 82 . That is just a light pull over I wear over a long sleeve tee shirt.

some of lees animals taken. He lost a springbuck with the bow that just stopped bleeding and tracks lost in the hundreds of other springbuck tracks. They will watch out and hope to find it later.

Thanks from coming along. I knew you were enjoying it all when we were sighting in the rifle, and we saw the red hartebeest on the hill side. The excitement you had is just the reason I enjoy taking hunters with me. Seeing that makes the trip even better for me.
