Getting closer to the start of the hunt and looking for some pointers to get the job done. First time hunting this unit and been scouting every chance I’ve gotten. Any input would be appreciated

How did you do bearbait?Awesome tag I had 1 of the 3 non resident archery elk tags for the unit group this year the experience was amazing lots of BIG bulls roaming around
Well I spent 2 weeks chasing monster bulls I couldn't tell you how many bugles I heardand in the end I passed up bulls I probably should have shot but I was focused on 2 bulls that were legitimate 380 class bulls that I played cat and mouse with on numerous occasions but never could get closer than 90 yards but that's how it goes sometimes while Bowhunting. The experience was unreal and even thou I went home with my tag intact I couldn't have asked for a better huntHow did you do bearbait?
You are ridiculous !!!this was my archery bull from there a few years ago. Such an awesome place. Not many elk units that you see 360+ bulls every day.View attachment 57268

Definitely you’ll see bulls all over 111 is big country. I have the muzz as well this year.I drew a muzzleloader tag for area 111-115 and was planning on scouting towards the end of August and was hoping to get a few pointers or maybe point me in the right direction for area 111. I heard Cleve creek and duck creek are good areas to scout?
Maybe we’ll see each other up there, good luck on your hunt!Definitely you’ll see bulls all over 111 is big country. I have the muzz as well this year.
