If I Remember Right PleaseDear's 45-70 Is An Original MARLIN?

I Seen Remington & RUGER Get In On it As Well A Few Years Back!

Just Wondering The Good & The Not So Good Between Them?

I Fondled One A few Years Ago At The Gun Shop & The LEVER Seem To Have Alot Of Slop In It?

I'd pass both and get an 1886 Winchester in either repo or original, I got a pedersoli, and love it. It's got the 26" octagon barrel and holds 8+1. It's accurate and smooth. If ya wanted to save money get on gunbroker and get an 1895 marlin cowboy edition in 45-70, that's gonna be my next lever gun. Nothing against the ones your speaking on though.
