Whitetail reserve tags

It seems there are still some reserve Whitetail tags available. However, unlike the regular season tags that specify a unit I can't figure out how see what units the reserve whitetail tags are good for? I'm a NR if that makes a difference. How do you tell how many reserve tags are available for which units?

The number that are available is the excess over the individual unit counts. Each unit has a quota and those unit quotas don’t add up to the 1500 total.
