My brother in-law drew the Area 91 type 1 elk tag this year, on his 2nd year of residency. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone had some experiences they would like to share about the unit. Really hoping we can scratch out a good 6 point for him

Every basin at the top of every drainage in the salt river range has elk. There’s also some lower country on the boundary with area 103 that has elk. The west side next to the border of Idaho is loaded with elk, but access is difficult.
