I was never a big Saturday Night Live guy, but my wife liked it, especially back in the 1990s. We used to try and watch some, but since Covid, it just doesn't do it for us anymore.
I supposed it is still enjoyable for many people, and I have crossed over that proverable "generational gap."

They still hit the ball out of the park occasionally, this video is actually just from November. It's only 7 months old.

SNL isn't as good as it was 20 years ago though, IMO

The older stuff with Chevy Chase, Eddie Murphy and the rest of the greats was the best but this is still one of my favorites. After Chris Farley and Adam Sandler I think it went to $it

I was just thinking that this skit is less than a year old, so has something changed recently?

I will concur it isn’t as good as the good old days. And I actually don’t watch SNL itself, but will pick up individual skits on YouTube every once in a while. Weekend Update usually is pretty funny. Outside of that, it’s hit or miss from what I’ve seen.

This one shared here is an all-timer though. So very funny.
