(400+ degrees) turn plank over and put salmon in the hot side
seasoned with a little salt and salmon rub
Cook to a little past rare
God made fish to be white meat, and deep fried. Leave it to some West Coasters to smoke it in creosote, and serve on a 2x4, then call it wonderful. . Haha.
