Had to do dinner in reverse tonight. An almost perfect cheesecake, chillin' in the refrigerator. One tiny crack!! Then made some smoking hot horseradish seafood sauce for the shrimp. Horseradish should almost equal the ketchup. The wife just wanted half a ribeye and a spud, I thought that sounded good, but shrimp would make it better!
