I have a 6.5 Creedmoor that I’ve killed a couple deer with. It is a good cartridge if you don’t expect it to preform beyond its limits. I’m packing one of my 300 win mags or 338 Lapua if I’m hunting elk or shooting longer ranges.

Yep the 200 fps faster is a totally different animal than the CM

I think what I like best about my creedmoor, is how much everyone else hates it. The jokes are funny though!

I don’t have much experience with the creedmoor, but I’ve watched 20+ animals get killed with the PRC. They were all dead in short order.

I make fun of my wife all the time for shooting a creedmoor and a bowtech. I constantly remind her, that if she buys a chevy, she is going to have to find a new hunting partner.

I went the 6.5 PRC route & can honestly say that I will never part with that rifle.
To say it makes me a better shooter is an understatement. The accuracy of that thing is ridiculous.

LOl.... Gotta love the hate on the 6.5 CM.... Bought one this past year and the kids went 3 for 3 on their bucks, daughter shot an antelope with it, had a client kill a buck with it, I shot my buck with it, my brother killed a buck with it, a buddy killed a buck with it, and around 4-5 does.... Not one single animal lost out of around a dozen. Low recoil, accurate, and at 130 grains @ 2850 fps it's bad medicine for deer.... Now that 6.5 PRC has me real interested as well!
