Of course if the charges are narrowly focused (unlike the other trial)....well, who knows what could happen.

They will have no talking points going forward on 2A if Hunter skates on this.

I think it’s more or less a loses lose for Biden. I guess we will see. I do hope it is fair, I doubt it will be. And for the record I hope they have the evidence and hammer him.
 
I hope he is acquitted or a hung jury........for obvious political reasons....he'll be pardoned regardless...

I will be surprised if he is convicted. If it does happen, having the trial now will give daddy the time to pardon him as he leaves office. If any pardon is granted, it will be after the election results are in, not before the election as it may upset a lot of voters,

I have set on many trials waiting for the jury to be selected. The defense is the one that holds up the selection process while trying to get a jury that will show sympathy to the suspect.
Biden's jury was selected very fast, almost to fast for a trial of such a important person as the President's son.
It was selected as if the defense had prior knowledge of who to select for jury duty and who to kick off the jury. It makes me very suspicious of this trial being rigged for a certain outcome.

Of course it is, you expect this to be a fair trial? We’re talking about the Bidens. The same people that can be bribed by other countries and nothing was done to them. The same President who has taken classified docs ( while a senator!!), photo and voice evidence he showed them to a ghost writer and nothing was done to him. Hunter who has photos of himself smoking crack while getting his crank shined…nothing happens. Tax evasion, getting hundreds of thousands for paintings (easiest way to take bribes), and nobody says ****. The case against Hunter in both trials is open and shut. There are thousands of people in jail for what Hunter did, but their name isn’t Biden.

So, you think a “little” gun crime is going to stick? Mmm hmm

The only way it will stick is if they (Biden’s) want it to stick so they can play moral high ground.
 
So to clarify the quality of the Bidens.

Hunters brother dies of Cancer.

So Hunter, of course as most folks do, heads over to the grieving widows house, to f*%+ her.

Then, figures hey I'm balls deep in my brothers widow, I should get her hitting the crack pipe.

She tosses his gun, in a garbage can, and ole boy, who banged her, hooked her up on the pipe, then texts and destroys her.

They all seem like such nice people

I’m sure a reality show is in the works for that cluster of a family.
 
Looks like the Father's genes got passed down to the son. No morals in that family of crooks. They picked the right political party to protect them and accept their lack of honesty.

Of course not but it’s amazing how many things Trump said were true have actually come to fruition…which means what Biden and the media said has been proven lies.

BTW, where is grizz and all the other Biden apologists on all these threads to defend their candidate?

Also, can someone actually tell me what Biden is campaigning on? How is he going to make the country better? Where are his plans, because I haven’t heard anything.

Biden came out today that he would NOT pardon Hunter.

Right there it tells me the fix is in. Biden looks like he is true to “nobody is above the law” but he won’t have to pardon him if he’s not found guilty even though this is an open/shut slam dunk case.
 
Do not trust anything Biden says. He has a history of saying one thing and reversing himself later. But, like you I would not be surprised what that jury does.

As a side note, what happened to other folks who have falsified a 4473? Not much. There are few prosecutions for similar crimes.
