Do you already own a quality hunting pack? If so why not use that. If not sounds like a great excuse to buy one.

The AGC Kobuk frame with their packing attachment, think it is called the Haul Road, and a medium pocket is pretty tough to beat for sheds and packing out meat. The setup with a bag is solid too. Was lucky enough to run the prototype during testing for them and I'm sold.
