i just have to ask some of these 2x2 are actually a 3x3 or 2x3.
whats with not counting the G1?
We Live In The West nfh!
We Don't Count Brow Points!
if it is over an inch it counts . utards cant count.
and referring to the antler point restriction you going to count it then???????????????????????
F&G isn't B&C or P&Y. Whatever the state regulations are is what counts.if it is over an inch it counts . utards cant count.
No, that’s just an eastern five pointer.Oh sorry Horsecorn, I screwed up and posted a 2x3…. I can’t count
That's interesting. In other states with APR that could be classified as a 3x3F&G isn't B&C or P&Y. Whatever the state regulations are is what counts.

This is a 2 point killed in a 2 point only unit, it was checked by a warden and obviously deemed 100% legal per state regulations.
Each state has different regulations, it pays to read them prior to the hunt but most idiots think every state is the same. That's interesting. In other states with APR that could be classified as a 3x3
Poor troll job.Nice 3x3
Wouldn't that be a 4x4. This is the west. We don't say 4 point. So NFH, when you see a big 30” 3x3 with eye guards you tell your buddies you saw a 30” 4 point?
No I’m with ya, just checking. Definitely add them to the score, but don’t call them out.
For whiteys we call out all the points.
It’s just a muley thing?
If that's the case why are you a long time member of a forum named Monster Muleys? Isn't there a whitetail forum that would be more appropriate?I'm not a muley guy. I like whiteys better.

I'm not aware of any good elk forums. But I am aware of the fact that this thread is specifically in the Mule Deer section of the Monster Muleys website.I would rather hunt whiteys then muleys.
And why does monster muleys have a elk forum isn't there a elk forum that would be more appropriate
I would call him dead meat !!! Sounds unique to me !Wouldn't that be a 4x4. This is the west. We don't say 4 point.
I just have noticed in the last few years guys dont count brows.
What If the buck has split brows, hell i got a whitey with 4 brow tines on one side so what do we call those?

Sometimes things don't go quite like you'd plan. What’s coming out of that bucks nose?! ?
Groceries….What’s coming out of that bucks nose?! ?
I’m all for making fun of the u-tards… but in this case no one out west counts browtines. Just like we say we killed a 3x4 or 4x4 no need to inflate number with 10 point or adding extra browtinesif it is over an inch it counts . utards cant count.

Let’s see the shed? Here’s a giant, I found one shed off each buck in the pic, the big fork I didn’t find until 5yrs later.
We were estimating him closer to 40” than 30” and 30+ inside.

To each their own. I call it a 2 point main frame with eyeguards. Not dismissing the eyeguards as points. But when I describe a deer I typically state the main frame of the buck and then clarity what extras, if any it has. (Four point with matching kickers, and a single eyeguard on his left side). If more detail is required I'll state the placement of the kickers, cheaters, inlines, width, and fork depth, eyeguard size, ect.... To me, this better clarifys what buck actually is. Instead of just spouting off the number of scoreable points.Nice 3x3
Since when did we ever count eyeguards in the west? More fallout from the numbers game.
Shot by a poaching trespassing POS from Pennsylvania while I was having a cup of coffee and watching him.

No, but you can read about it here.Did He Get A Ticket Blue?
Funny how 4" eyeguards don't count as a point, but a 1" cheater does... Cool buck! Here’s a 25” er from the early ‘80’s. I need to shoot that old M70 again one of these days.
